Join us for a unique Aikido experience that goes beyond the dojo! During Outdoor Practice, you’ll engage in a dynamic session where the elements become a part of your training. Here’s what you can expect:


Adapting to the Elements: Training outdoors means adjusting to changing conditions like slippery surfaces, wind resistance, and varying terrain. These challenges will help build resilience and sharpen your adaptability in real-world scenarios.

Enhanced Awareness: The natural surroundings will heighten your situational awareness, requiring you to be mindful of how the environment impacts your movement and balance.

Weapons Practice: Expect to incorporate weapons into your training, refining your techniques while adapting them to outdoor conditions.

Situational Practice: We will also explore practical Aikido applications for modern threat scenarios, such as handling playground bullying, recognizing and responding to multiple threats, and defending yourself during situations like being attacked while entering or exiting a…
