About the event
Join us for a special Friday Night Social where Aikido students are invited to bring a friend to experience the art of Aikido. The evening will be split into two parts:
• Training (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM): The first hour will focus on introducing and immersing both new and existing participants in the foundational techniques of Aikido. Expect an engaging class designed to showcase the core principles of Aikido, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and interact with instructors.
• Social (7:00 PM – 8:00 PM): The second hour will be dedicated to a social gathering with food, beverages, and camaraderie. We’ll discuss the art, its philosophy, and its relevance in everyday life, offering insights into how Aikido fosters both physical and mental discipline.
This is a perfect opportunity to introduce a friend to Aikido, ask questions, and connect with others in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Come…
